Previous Eufy owner. Love the Echo connected capability & suitable mobile app. This unit is shorter in height with 25% more suction, which is great, but the suction comes at a price. Battery run-time is 45 mins on max-suction. With that said, have literally stopped manually vacuuming, it works that good. Has exceeded expectations. Also, ran into an issue with one of the two units I purchased. In short order Eufy-Support sent me a new unit and return shipping for the other unit. Their response was fast, well communicated & decisive. Excellent customer support. As I say in the title, a great product (that performs as good as the competition for half the price) and great customer service!

The RoboVac does a great job cleaning. It’s able to climb a high-pile carpet most of the time (has trouble some others depending on how the pile lays). Only issue I really see is it has trouble finding its way home if it isn’t close to the base when it finishes.ETA: after submitting my review, Anker contacted me and offered a free additional charging base to alleviate the returning home issues. In addition, they offered an additional product of my choosing of $30 or less. This is how you do customer service and why I’m a loyal Anker/Eufy customer.

I am extremely picky about everything and even more so about cleaning my house. I bought an iRoboto/Roomba when it first came out way back in 2002 and it was a piece of junk.Well, we have come a long way, baby!I had been hearing that the tech on these robovacs had improved since then and I saw one in action at a relative’s house, so I decided to give the robovac thing another try. I bought and returned all of the highly rated robovacs, Roomba, Ecovacs, etc., and this machine was the best at just plain cleaning. Not only does it do a great job on bare floors but it’s also astonishingly good on carpet (medium pile). Before this machine I was vacumming once a day or once every other day. Now I am vacuuming once or twice a month. I have a house and a very hairy border collie and this machine can handle both well. It’s also very quiet compared to the other robovacs I tested. All of this said, it has some flaws:1. The battery doesn’t last long. I haven’t timed it but the machine doesn’t last even an hour on one charge. I do not have a huge house so it cleans my house just fine in that time. If you have a larger house that may be a problem for you.2. The machine never goes back to its charging base on its own (it’s supposed to). It just goes under some sofa somewhere and dies and I have to grab it and put it on the charger.3. It doesn’t clean corners very well. I have to vacuum that crud up myself.Other than those three flaws, I would say that this machine is well worth the price and one of the best purchases I have made on Amazon!

Main use is on laminate floor to pick up dog hair. It’s perfect. Also the laminate looks better than ever. Only had it a couple of weeks so too early to comment accurately on reliability. But it does what it is meant to do.

This is a great little helper around the house! I paid 90.00 plus shipping for the device and for the price it does everything I expect. Keep in mind that this unit is not an AI that learns the layout of your house and optimizes its cleaning path like some of the more expensive models. It cleans on an algorithm which so far is pretty good it does not get stuck very often and cleans the whole house without issue but it does clean randomly it just goes around cleaning until it runs out so it might miss some spots, or clean the same spot multiple times before it runs out of battery. Some things to note it will get stuck under most recliners and any surfaces where you have a rug and a slightly elevate hard surface after. I have not had too much trouble with those two things but it’s worth knowing. Also, the sensor will react to extremely bright sunlight and not let the unit pass it thinks it’s an obstacle so you may have to shut your blinds if you’re getting a lot of sun. For the price, this is a great unit and has made keeping the floors clean much easier.

Great daily/nightly vacuum! Able to pick up most dust and my dog’s fur off my hardwood/linoleum floor, gets about 90% from the medium-pile area rugs I have down. The random pattern isn’t perfect, a robot vacuum that can map the floors would be more effective, but for the price you can’t do better. Great suction power, the BoostIQ is fairly effective at kicking on when encountering rugs. Just one quick note: the rubber flap on the brush roll cartridge does catch on the smallest things and can prevent the vacuum from moving when encountering small things like the nails in tack strips; I noticed that by removing this small (maybe 3mm/.125″) flap my RoboVac was able to maneuver much more freely with minimal impact to effectiveness.
